Ya that's true it saves lot of time and efforts to shop for Diwali.
But what do I think is it is the festival of joy & happiness, where you get the opportunity to meet your relatives and old friends, where you can enjoy your good time with them and get some relief from the daily chaos.
It is the festival where you and your near ones goes to the market for shopping, which gives you immense pleasure while shopping with them and also gives you chance to know your culture. I think you cannot get such type of joyness when you shop online.
Though today it is the trend of an online shopping, but I think Diwali is the festival where a person should shop personally along with their near ones. This will give great satisfaction and also helps to have great bonding with others.
So, anyhow this was my opinion about this. Have a great and sound Diwali. All the best.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all I m very grateful to see your comment. With this post , I just want to aware the People about the online trends. On the other hand online shopping save time for busy and service class persons. There is very things introduced in online market. You can buy things by sitting home. Heavy discounts were there. There are many more reasons to go for online shopping.
On the other hand if u want to spend time wid ur friends and on the other hadn if u want to spend quality time wid ur relatives go out for movie, Plan lunch or dinners wid them. Its not important you just prefer shopping to build up bonding wid ur family , relatives and friends...
Celebrate festivals with your famile, friends will boost your relation.

DeleteBut as far as I think we both are right in our own opinion. This doesn't meant that i am not in the favor of online shopping. I am going to share my views about this which i think i couldn't make it clear in the trailing comment.
You have rightly said that online shopping saves time & efforts of a person and also prevents them from the ill activities of the shopkeepers who cheats them through the inflated or manipulated prices, inferior products, etc. usually on some occasions and people often get trapped into it. At online shop there are variety of things which you can purchase them at very convenient prices and also have a trust of quality as well. But at online shop there are only those products available which you can either purchase for you home decorations or for giving gifts to your near and dear ones to show your token of Love and Affection towards them. There are variety of things which you cannot purchase online like sweets and some traditional things as per Diwali rituals.
About the quality time which i was trying to say is that the Diwali's shopping is most awaited shopping of the year for every person which they want to do it with their near ones. As per Lunch or Dinner & the movies are concerned that we can do on some other days as we usually do. Apart from this priority should be given to the Diwali shopping. Also what I think, If we would go for a shopping, we would definitely offer for a Lunch or Dinner to them.
As it is the festival of joy and happiness. Each and every person has their own way of celebrating it and they always try to enjoy it to the fullest.

Thanks Saurav and I appreciate that you clear your point of view regarding online shopping . and if We are talking about sweets that we can purchase from the best shop after tasting them. No doubt you have to go out for that, But I think that everyone can afford to go out and shop best for the festive season.
